Successful Easter Seals Ontario Scholarship recipients must:
- Respond to confirm their acceptance of an Easter Seals Ontario Scholarship.
- Payment is conditional upon Easter Seals Ontario receiving.
- satisfactory evidence that the applicant has been admitted into the university/college identified on the scholarship application.
- A thank you letter to the donor of the scholarship as an acknowledgement and recognition of the scholarship.
- Each scholarship will be paid directly to the recipient in one installment.
Please note: Acceptance of an Easter Seals Ontario Scholarship indicates your permission for Easter Seals Ontario to (possibly) share your photo and approved profile on our website, social media and Annual Report.
2025 Easter Seals Ontario scholarship funds must be applied for tuition in the 2025/26 academic year. Any requests for deferral of tuition payment for any reason must be submitted in writing and approved by the Easter Seals Ontario Scholarship Committees’ administrator or designate.

Annual General Meeting
All successful applicants are invited to attend the ESO Annual General Meeting in June, in person or virtually, to acknowledge receipt of their scholarship/s. It is entirely voluntary whether you would like to acknowledge your scholarship in person, virtually or by written statement.
Thank You Letter to Donors
All successful applicants must provide a written thank you letter to the donor of the scholarship indicating the university or college they are attending and how the scholarship will assist them in pursuing their academic goals by August 1, 2025.
