Respite Services

Many families of children and youth with physical disabilities need planned regular respite care, either in their home, in the workers home or in the community.

Acute Pediatric Care

Respite care available in select communities, including City of London, Middlesex and Elgin counties.

Kids Country Club

A short-term respite home for children who are deemed medically fragile and/or technologically dependent (MFTD), with sites in London and Cambridge.

Ottawa Rotary Home Children’s Respite

Regular or planned relief program that provides families with a respite form the care of their child.

Special Services at Home

The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services Special Services at Home program helps families who are caring for a child with a developmental and/or physical disability. The program helps families pay for special services in or outside the family home.

Passport Individualized Funding

Passport is a program that helps adults 18 years or older with a developmental disability to participate in their communities. It also helps caregivers of an adult with a developmental disability take a break from their care giving responsibilities.
