The Scholarship Selection Committee looks at whether applicants have met eligibility criteria as well as their answers to the following questions on their application which outlines their academic and personal achievements.

25. Share information on your participation or achievements outside of school (e.g. sports, activities, or clubs).
26. Provide specific examples of leadership or advocacy.
27. Please describe a specific challenge or situation you faced relating to your disability and how it was handled and/or overcome?
