Easter Seals Ontario Eligibility
To be eligible for Easter Seals Ontario Camping and/or Equipment Funding Program children and youth with physical disabilities must meet the following criteria:
- under the age of 19 years,
- a legal resident of Ontario,
- have a valid Ontario Health Card,
- have a permanent physical disability that restricts their independent mobility and results in the use of a primary mobility device.
Before you can apply for the Easter Seals Ontario Camping and/or Equipment Funding Program, you must meet the above criteria and register your child with Easter Seals Ontario. To apply check Register Your Child.
Please note, if you are receiving funding from the Incontinence Supplies Grant Program you are not automatically a client of Easter Seals Ontario or eligible for the Camping or Equipment Funding Program. The Incontinence Supplies Grant Program is administered on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and is a completely independent program with separate eligibility criteria and application form.
